Civil engineer during the site setup and preparation phase of a hydropower project in Bakhvi, working in remote, rugged mountain terrain with limited access.

• One of two engineers on the contractor's team, covering site establishment through to the start of the first concrete works
• Proposed a block-casting strategy that was later adopted to build the on-site concrete factory
• Surveyed the steel shed area and calculated the earthworks to level the site, using Civil 3D
• Calculated excavation and backfill volumes for the penstock works in Civil 3D and prepared the AIPs
• Did the civil calculations for the hazardous materials storage building
• Set up conventions and templates for construction and earthwork drawings and for Excel-based documentation
